Linen guide:

Please read through the guide when renting or providing your own linens - if you rent linens from The Conservatory's partner businesses then we will take care of these items.

• Delivery and Setup:  You'll need to assign someone to deliver these and set them up - access to the venue typically starts at 1pm.  However if we are setting up your centerpieces.  Then you may need to arrange for earlier setup time.  If you wish our staff to place them on the table's please let us know 30 days before and add $50 to your final invoice.  
• Take down:  These would need removed after last call - please provide trash bags for this and assign someone to bag them up - you're welcome to use our carts to bring to the vehicle at the end of the night.  If you wish us to bag them up at last call - please let us know 30 days before the event and add $50 to your final invoice.  They would still need removed that night or on Monday if you've arranged a pickup time.  We are closed on Sunday's
