The Studio is owned by the building and not by The Conservatory but is managed by the venue.
It can be used as a wedding party room, bride or groom room, green room for bands, break-room for vendor, etc.

Pricing:  $200

​Includes:

  • Includes tables and chairs
  • Full day access (if needed) staring at 1pm
  • You may sources your own food / alcoholic drinks must come from The Conservatory
  • Can be used as a green room, wedding party suite, catering staging, or vendor breaks
  • Changing room
  • Private room for children, pumping, or other family needs
  • Storage of gifts until they can be placed inside a vehicle or removed from the premises - we are not responsible for lost or stolen items

room rules:

  • The Conservatory & Catering staff will need to eat dinner in this room as there is no other break rooms in the building.  During this time you still may access the room but it will not be private.  The staff will clean up their food waste and return the room to how it was found.  
  • Room Cleanup:  It's never, ever fun but all personal items must be removed from the Studio before the end of the night.  We are not able to keep items over-night.  Please assign 
  • The room is owned by the building rather than The Conservatory and is subject to changes by the owners.
  • The Conservatory nor the building are responsible for lost or stolen items, please keep valuables locked up in a vehicle.
